1. To purchase a Commercial Land Use Permit MNR may ask to see a business number, plan or proof of commercial operation.
2. Financing is to be accomplished by the purchaser, and the seller will not carry paperwork or a mortgage on the Commercial Land Use Permit.
3. This is a remote resource based tourism lake and to be assured of a transfer of ownership, then the camp will remain with the same classification.
CAMP DESCRIPTION: Northpoint
lake cabin is a 16’ X 24’ cabin with a main living area and a screened porch on
the side of the cabin. Cabin sleeps 4
persons and is equipped with a propane refrigerator, propane stove, propane
lights, all dishes/pots & pans, sink, tables & chairs, 4 mattresses
with pillows. Camp includes propane regulators and 2 60 lb propane tanks. Camp
comes equipped with 2 boats & motors on the main lake. The 2 Boats at the
camp come equipped with Life jackets, paddles, anchors and safety kits.
Lake Description: Northpoint Lake is 3+ miles long and offers Northern Pike fishing. This is a very pretty scenic lake with numerous bays & coves, and offers a very rocky scenic shoreline.
