Cancellation Policy 2011

A 100% credit will be held for a later trip in the same season. 90% refund based on (minimum deposits listed below) if cancelled with a written notice 120 days prior to your vacation.

Under  120 Day Notice:

If the party cannot reschedule for a later date in the season, a 50% credit will be held for the following season. Boat-In deposit minimum is $400, Fly-In deposit minimum deposit is $800, Housekeeping at the Ivanhoe River Inn minimum deposit is $100 per person, Nemegosenda Lake Lodge minimum is $200 per person. So half of the minimum deposit (listed above) would be retained for the customers use the following season.

Under  30 Day Notice:

Last minute cancellations (one month or less) will receive no refunds, or credits unless the trip is being rescheduled for the same season. A 100% credit will be held for a trip later in the same season.
